Spells For Valentine's Day 2003
Note: It’s a very powerful Valentine’s Day, being on Friday – sacred to Venus, planet of Love and only two days from a full moon on Sunday.
:: Single Girl/Boy To Make Her/Himself Irresistable
Sprinkle a circle of salt around YOU for purity. Hold a pink candle
with your initials carved in it. Lick your thumb and anoint it with your spit
to make it your own. Light the candle focusing on believing in yourself as unique
and irresistible ‘Raise power’ to fuel the spell and ensure your
irresistibility by chanting the magick incantation with great intent:
Love will come – it is done
Do this until you feel tingles running up and down your spine and you are full of positive energy. The say the magick seal:

Burn the candle every evening for 10 minutes and raise energy the same way again by chanting Love will come it is done. Again finishing with the magick seal. Every morning pop a sprig of lavender in your bra or top pocket, next to your heart to attract the right love. Try to start this spell on the first night of the waxing moon and do it every day up until the Full Moon, by then it will have worked.

General tips: Half a teaspoon of cinnamon in your husband’s morning
coffee stirred in a sunwise direction is a powerful aphrodisiac. Do this every
morning leading up to St Valentine’s Day – or indeed any day he
needs it! Also increase the hot spices in your cooking for him. Cayenne, chili,
curries and indian spices of cardamon, galangal and cumin. These will all heat
up his blood and awaken his sexual appetite. If your libido is flagging too
make sure you join your husband and eat with gusto. You must also eat dinner
by candle light every night leading up to St Valentine’s night. Dinner
by candle light any night though is a lovely way to increase the romance in
your relationship!
Create an Aphrodite Love Altar in your bedroom to enchant the night. Take 2 big green apples and cut out the centre. Apples are sacred to Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love. Take two gold candles and carve your name in one and your lovers in the other. Anoint the candles with rose oil and stand them in the apples. Burn incense of rose and sandalwood within. Sprinkle a circle of rose petals as you firmly intone:

Do this on Friday, on St Valentine’s Day or indeed any Friday (blessed by Venus the planet of love) your weekend will be an enchanted one of lovemaking. For a truly enchanting weekend on the Friday make the altar in your bedroom. Then cook up a sexy feast of aphrodisiacal foods - oysters, seafood, avocado and brie salad. For dessert, strawberries dipped in chocolate washed down with French champagne - but not too much, you don’t want your husband to be of no use to you! Feed the strawberries to him wearing a sexy negligee. And make sure he feeds you strawberries too! Have a path of candles leading the way to the bedroom. Enjoy!
On the Monday morning give him a pouch with the apples seeds removed from the core of the apples as a love charm to remind him of your passionate weekend and as a magick charm to keep the passion in your relationship.

:: Bonus Spell - Pop The Question!
The broom stick is a symbol of fertility and unity between man and
woman. Place it across the door so that your desired one has to step over it
every time he visits you. If you are worried about him tripping over or asking
you what on earth is going on – place it by the front door before he arrives.
This will work towards ‘charming’ him to pop the question. By the
way, traditionally at a Witches wedding (handfasting) we jump over the broom
to ensure a happy and fertile union.
If you want him to pop the question on Valentine’s day, or any day, do this spell for seven days beforehand - take a small wind up clock and wrap a string of ivy (a symbol of marriage and fidelity) around it. Place this within a circle of salt next to a red candle. Every morning light the candle and wind the clock hands a full revolution as you say:
