Not to be forgotten is Witchcraft magazine, full of interesting articles and a very handy collection of ads for witchy shops. It's now published bi-monthly and can be found at most newsagents. You can also subscribe to it.

Bookshops like Angus and Robertson, Dymocks and Collins Booksellers usually have a "new age" section containing plenty of books on Wicca and the like. There's also heaps of "new age" shops that stock crystals, candles, tarot cards and essential oils. Shops like that usually have a small stock of books as well. You can try online shopping if you can't physically get to a shop. There's a few links to Australian witchy web shops in the links section.

It can also be worthwhile checking out markets. You just never know what you might find at some little stall that's tucked away at the back! Most capital cities and some of the larger towns will have at least one market running on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
