Your will need:
a blue candle
cornflower
water
cardamon
cinnamon
cumin

Create a 3 Herb healing and empowerment candle.

Mix cornflour and water into a paste and rub over a blue candle. While the surface is sticky sprinkle a pinch each of cardamon, cinnamon and cumin (all herbs of the Sun and embued with powerful strengthening forces aligned with male energies).

Burn the candle and intone:
"I summone my powers or healing though
So that Mark will soon be back on the court"
Picture Mark strong and playing well - even winning!

When this vision is clear say loudly:
"By the power of Three
So mote it be!"
and clapping your hands three times count "one, two, three!"

Pinch out the flame of the candle - the spell is done
